UK MAINLAND SHIPPING
All orders must be received by 12pm to comply with estimated delivery times.
We try to keep shipping costs as low as we can by passing on the prices we pay directly to you. We fund our sustainable packaging independently, we often recycle and reuse wherever we can to ensure there is no waste and to maintain a plastic-free service.
Our orders are processed within 1 working day (Tuesday to Saturday) and are delivered approximately within the time frames stated. Whilst we aim for orders to be delivered in this time frame it is not 100% guaranteed as courier services are ultimately out of our control. On the very rare occasion that our shipping services are delayed through fault of the courier as a small business we are unable to take responsibility for their service.

POSTAGE DISCLAIMER
With regret we are unable to insure delicate items such as glass and other fragile materials. Unfortunately all delivery couriers including Royal Mail do not allow these for compensation to be claimed should these items be damaged in transit. We make every effort to carefully, safely and securely wrap every single order we post to our customers and label such items as fragile in the hope delivery agents will take the time and care to be mindful of delicate products. Should items be damaged in transit, you will be offered an exchange for the same product or in such cases where the product may not be available, a full refund excluding the postage cost will be given.
Should an order be returned to us if the recipient was unable to receive the order, we reserve the right to charge our standard shipping cost for the item to be redelivered for UK mainland orders. Please note that all orders have a maximum 3 delivery attempts before the order is returned to us.
