A juicy, easy going pale-pink sparkling. Great as an aperitif with nibbles, or/and with oysters.

Grape: Semillion, Pinot Noir & Gamay

Soil: Mica schist The soil is rough and shallow, on metamorphic soil.

Hand-harvested and then direct press. Indigenous yeast used for fermentation. Bottled after resting approximately 2 weeks in concrete tanks, fermentation then finishes in bottle. 6 months on the lees in bottle, disgorged without dosage. Benoît is the son, Bernard is the father, they are a little bit in transition, Bernard is slowly retiring and Benoît is taking over.
