This complex, highly original rosé is made from Grenache Blanc and Grenache Noir from their own vines in Valgrand. The two varieties were picked together and pressed over several days to cuve, where the wine rested until the following spring. The result is a pale, delicate and savoury wine with complex aromas of grapefruit and rose. It makes for a wonderful apéritif.
