A deeper, darker rosé, this is a blend of Syrah and Viognier from the Oustric’s vines in Valvignères. Each variety was harvested separately and pressed over several days, before being blended for elévage in an old cask until the end of the following spring. Deep purple in the glass, this charming wine pairs southern fruit with refreshing notes of citrus and spice. Served chilled alongside some saucisson or a nice piece of cheese, it is just the thing for a picnic.
